Ljungbyholm's Medium is our most popular tasting package and is for those who want to know more about our wines. It offers a unique experience of a Swedish winery up close. The visit begins with a guided walk through our winery, where you will learn about how we grow wine in our latitudes. Our knowledgeable guides will tell you about the history of the farm and the development of the wine project, about the conditions and challenges of a new wine country.
After the winery tour we show around among steel tanks and barrels in our winery. You will get an insight into different winemaking methods and some of the choices the winemaker makes to refine the grape juice into high quality wine.
The experience culminates in a wine tasting in our orangery or our outdoor dining area. With a mile-wide view of the plain landscape and the vineyards around you, you will be served 4 of our wines together with a cheese and charcuterie tray. Each wine is made in harmony with our place and soil, and reflects Bjäre's unique terroir. Whether you're a wine connoisseur or a curious novice, we promise this experience will deepen your appreciation for the art of wine making.
The possibility of adding one or more additional wines to the tasting is available to do on site.

Welcome to Ljungbyholms Vingård in the heart of Bjäre. On a southern slope between Förslöv and Vejbystrand, vines grow in long neat rows. Here we grow grapes that we process into wine. Since its establishment in 2019, the winery has grown from just under a hundred vines to just over 10,000 and now offers high quality wines grown and vinified on the estate along with distillates of various types.
