Become a cask owner and store your own wine from Ljungbyholms Vingård. Take part in our unique offer to become the owner of an oak barrel exclusively designed for your wine from Ljungbyholms Vingård. You reserve a share in a red wine from our upcoming 2025 vintage, which you will then get to drink in your oak barrel at an event at the winery. From there, you store your own wine according to your own taste. At the barrel laying event, you will also receive a review of winemaking and barrel storage. The event will be held for all cask owners together and in conclusion we will enjoy a wine tasting of some of our wines and distillates. *Offer is limited to 20 oak barrels. *

Gin Tasting

Here you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the art behind our carefully crafted distillates. From spices and mash to ready-made gin, we let you follow every step of the process. Our knowledgeable guides will take you through the small-scale distillery where you will learn about the different techniques and traditions underlying our products. You will also get to taste a selection of our exclusive varieties of gin. You will also have the opportunity to get acquainted with our other distillates, such as our own grappa, calvados and brandy, all of which bear a unique touch of our craft. End your visit with a moment in our culturally historically interesting environment, where the landscape around the vineyard invites reflection and relaxation.

Wine tasting Ljungbyholm's Small

Ljungbyholm's Small is the package for those who want to get an introduction to our wines and offers a unique experience of a Swedish winery up close. The visit begins with a guided walk through our winery, where you will learn about how we grow wine in our latitudes. Our knowledgeable guides will tell you about the history of the farm and the development of the wine project, about the conditions and challenges of a new wine country. After the winery tour we show around among steel tanks and barrels in our winery. You will get an insight into different winemaking methods and some of the choices the winemaker makes to refine the grape juice into high quality wine. The experience culminates in a wine tasting in our orangery or our outdoor dining area. With a mile-wide view of the plain landscape and the vineyards around you, you will be served 3 of our wines together with a cheese and charcuterie tray. Each wine is made in harmony with our place and soil, and reflects Bjäre's unique terroir. Whether you're a wine connoisseur or a curious novice, we promise this experience will deepen your appreciation for the art of wine making. The possibility of adding one or more additional wines to the tasting is available to do on site. About Ljungbyholms Vingård

Welcome to Ljungbyholms Vingård in the heart of Bjäre. On a southern slope between Förslöv and Vejbystrand, vines grow in long neat rows. Here we grow grapes that we process into wine. Since its establishment in 2019, the winery has grown from just under a hundred vines to just over 10,000 and now offers high quality wines grown and vinified on the estate along with distillates of various types.

We welcome guests to take part in our cultural-historical interesting environment and offer various packages that include walking in the winery, viewing the winery and wine tasting. We tell you about the history of the winery and invite you to a journey from grape to wine..
