If you choose to cancel

At more than 24 hours to the experience, you can rebook by contacting Ljungbyholms Vingård directly. However, some experiences may have special rules for rescheduling, such as events and experiences that require long preparation, so there may be some exceptions. This is stated under Rules and Safety on the experience product page.

At less than 24 hours to the experience, the experience cannot be rebooked. Please note that the experiences often involve preparations that involve costs that must be covered and you will therefore not be able to get your money back for the experience.

On the day: If something unforeseen has occurred immediately before or on the day of the experience (e.g. illness) please contact the experience manager so they know that you will not be attending.
